The Annual General Meeting for the Ottawa Jr. 67s AAA Hockey Club has been scheduled for Wednesday, June 17, 2026 from 8:00 to 9:00 pm and will be held virtually.

We encourage all 2025-2026 Ottawa Jr. 67s AAA Members (Parents, Legal Guardians, Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Managers, Trainers and Directors) to attend.

Nomination Process:

BOARD NOMINATIONS – Nominate Now

  • ​The nomination process will close on June 2, 2026 at 12:00 AM (Fifteen (15) days before the Annual General Meeting).  

  • Nominations cannot be accepted from the floor at the AGM.

  • Nominations will be compiled and distributed to the membership prior to the AGM for consideration.

  • Descriptions for each position can be found on the website under the current bylaws. 

  • For positions where only one nomination has been received, the nominee will be acclaimed to the position.

  • When multiple nominees are interested in a position, the voting process of the AGM will include an opportunity for each nominee to speak to the members before a vote is held for that position.
