Starting with the 2024-2025 season, the HEO AAA League has provided a new playoff structure that will be implemented at the U12 to U15 age divisions. Upon completing the 28-game regular season, the teams will be ranked based on their final standings. To comply with Hockey Eastern Ontario’s Player Development Pathways Framework (U9-U15), Playoffs must be tournament/short-term competition-style format versus elimination rounds.

The U16 and U18 Playoff Formats will remain the same, as per the League’s Rules and Regulations.
